I’m exhilarated to finally make the healing and transformative information in this book publicly available! This is a long book but I wanted to give you everything in one place, including my own story, as it all ties together. Since there is so much here I divided the book into five parts and I explain all that in Chapter 1. It’s important to read the introduction to understand the purpose of this work and how it might benefit you. As I was growing up I read hundreds of books looking for answers to my life and my experiences, and finding a book like this would have been a treasure for me at any point in my long my journey.
